Malifax’s relationship with BlackBerry Limited, formerly known as Research In Motion Limited (RIM) began in 2004. Since then, Malifax has been supporting Blackberry Limited in assisting regional mobile carriers in successfully launching BES services. With all our experiences in pre-sales, training and post-sales support, Malifax has been appointed the Authorized BlackBerry Trainer since November 2009 to conduct BlackBerry training on behalf of BlackBerry Limited.

Our experienced and dedicated trainers focus onto equipping participants and trainees with the updated knowledge of BlackBerry services, from basic BIS support to high level BES administration. Please select a course which suits your learning requirement.

BlackBerry Training allows BlackBerry® Enterprise Server and BlackBerry® Enterprise Service system administrators and BlackBerry smartphone users to learn how to better use and manage the advanced features and capabilities of BlackBerry smartphones and software.

BlackBerry Enterprise Service 12

 

BES12 is the core of the BlackBerry cross-platform Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) portfolio. BES12 is the command and control center for the secured enterprise that helps you manage enterprise mobility across iOS, Android, Windows Phone and BlackBerry devices.

 

BlackBerry Enterprise Service 12 Architecture & Data Flows

In this course you will learn about the BES12 architecture and you will analyze how data flows when devices are activated and the different paths data can take when active devices access your organization’s network.
